Promote it with Free stuff, and Staff Applications. Today, I had about 15 or so people on, because I promised the Staff Apps to be opened. So try that!

That's a problem... Ugh. Try promoting it on here and stuff like that. Give out free stuff every now and then, and be very loose on the rules, etc. BTW If I helped, Thank and Rep me below
