What I mean by this is the img. for the navi bar in the background and a transparent logo?

The top navbar? On the website, right? That's easy, go to your main stylesheet, and find 'topnav.gif'/'topbg.gif', it most likely has a .gif extension, if not then just CTRL+F 'topnav'/'topbg' and then edit the URL to the one of the new background image you desire.
