How do i change this inside the client?

You think people will be able to help you by saying you want to change it? What do you want to change it to? Or do you want to change the hotelview.counter bit to say Diamonds?
To change the hotelview.counter to say shells/diamonds or w.e it is go to your external_flash_texts and add hotelview.counter=Diamonds

Go to your external_texts and add this line:
hotelview.counter=Diamonds
Vito HC=Habbo Club

etc.
