How do i add VIP commands to my hotel i am on phoenix emu or are they already on if so how do i give it to me ?

Set the perms for VIP in your permissions_ranks table. If you want to give someone VIP, go into the user table and set VIP from 0 to 1.

I have made myself vip and im on page but how do i make so i can do like ush ull :mimic :moonwalk etc..

If it isn't in the permissions table, those commands are automaticly given when someone is VIP.
