How do i add public rooms to retro?

When i go into my navigator it, i dont have any public rooms? how do put some on?

i have found 1 tutorial but don't make much sence.

Go to your database and search public_rooms.

i seen a tutorial on that but did that and noting came up on navigator? cleared cache, restarted emulator
