Are you talking about the actual texts on the mod tool itself such as User Info, Room Chatlogs etc or the texts within mod tools such as the warning/preset ban messages?
They're split between the external_texts and your moderation_presets_x database tables.
From looking at your other thread it seems you may have downloaded a foreign externals pack because all of your texts were in German and you wanted English.
