How can i replace the standard header by a custom one? And add a standard favicon?

Hi, Could someone help me. I see this (the red wrapper) one every page. And i cant customise the Page Title/favicon?
(Yes i know my english is very bad)

That in red means nothing. That's the declaration of your DOCTYPE, and that specific DOCTYPE means it allows deprecated tags.

If by fav. Icon you meen the small little icon on yhe webpages tab, you have to have it in the root folder for it to apply to that page. For example i have mine in my root folder so when people go on the index it shows. Its named favicon , now for the rest i have another placed (a copy) in the skin folder with the index.

Maybe this will help, add it to the page with a relevant link for the favicon icon.
