I Have no idea how to set a god damn housekeeping up and it's f***ing annoying me lol, willing to pay if someone sets me A GOOD one up preferably ASE as i like the layouts.

- Must be working before funds are paid as i don't have time for time wasters
- can prove i have funds in my account

First of all, why don't you just download one, there are plenty out there. Secondly, every serious developer will demand payment before putting a finger on that shit.
