Housekeeping revCMS

I've just downloaded and uploaded this housekeeping:

You must be registered for see links

I placed it in my skins folder on revcms, however when going to the /hk web address it's a 404 page, if I move it into the main folder area it is still a 404 page.. anyone able to help where it goes?

That was one of the first things I did..
/hk and /ase.

I've just noticed there is no index.php, but /dash.php won't load so i'm guessing it's not that..
