Housekeeping issues

Can someone help me with the housekeeping on my hotel? When logging into the ASE, it re-directs me back to the ASE login page.. :s Anyone know how to fix this?..

You sure you logging on with an account that has enough power?

The rank of the account is higher than that of an ordinary admin..

Probably havent configured the databaseconfig.php file

Doesnt work like that. Needs to be domain/ase/index.php?url=login and domain/ase/index.php?url=dash, etc otherwise it won't work.

The URL come's up like this.. domain/ase/index.php?url=login (Obviously with my domain) when I click onto the 'housekeeping' button, after doing as that post said..?
