Housekeeping Help

For some reason whenever i try to click the housekeeping button at the top of the me page, it brings me to a white page... nothing loads? How can i fix this?

*im using the zap hotel housekeeping

The ASE needs to be compatible with the HK and also, check the directory. Eg: yourhotel.com/ase/login
