You do it from that table call "permissions_ranks"
That has something to do with the PHP files itself.
As far as I know you can restrict who can view Administration, Player Management, Moderation and others through the SQL query found above each section. You should be able to see that too on dash if you want to restrict Mods or others from getting access to ASE.
