Hotel Problem...

Literally raging from this now!

• I'm currently running my hotel on a 3GB Ram Windows VPS.
• Using Rev CMS
• Phoenix 3.11.0

The problem I'm having is at completely random times the CPU booms to 100% causing walk lag so hotel users lag if they try to walk but there is no speech lag, all speech shows up soon as you press enter. The hotel the goes down and will come back up again or I have to close the Emulator, soon as I close the emulator the CPU usage plummets back down to 0-1%.

I thought this might of been the Phoenix emulator but I have tried several editions of the Phoenix emulator and I am still getting the same problem, I monitored the problem and it happens at completely random times.

Does anyone know why this is happening? Have any ideas/know a fix on how to stop this once and for all so I can live easier?
