Hotel opens and shows GUI then quickly redirects to /me

When I open my hotel it loads and shows the gui then instantly redirects me to my /me

Not being funny or anything, but maybe you should of left your Internet Protocol address out of it all. It's a right puncture to the security and safety of your server, for a variety of reasons.
Try changing this: "connection.info.host" : "localhost", to this "connection.info.host" : "{server_ip}".
Then this $_CONFIG['hotel']['server_ip'] = '127.0.0.1'; to this $_CONFIG['hotel']['server_ip'] = '174.96.199.203';
Change this,
$_CONFIG['hotel']['external_vars'] = '
