Holograph RP Edition By Rastalulz Commands

So i'm using Holograph RP Edition by Rastalulz edited by Sledmore and all of the police commands don't work...
:stun x
:cuff x
:arrest x <timings>
:stopwork
:release x

I believe they all don't work. I'm using version 2.0.3 of sledmore's edit. Any suggestions?
