basically, i have not a CLUE what i'm doing.
I'm use to debbo so idk :L basically, i thought holoemu was supposed to open in a cmd type thing and you just kept it open like a server?

But when i double click on the application it opens in Microsoft Visual 2010? :S

Open debug/bin and then Holograph emulator, to edit Emu to your config, click on config file and edit the config.txt file.
