HoloCMS - Staff page help

Hey guys, i'm trying to edit the staff page on my holoCMS and it's starting to frustrate me a little.. I'm new to coding so i'm starting to edit things to gradually learn, but here it is..

Heres the dropbox closed.. -

You must be registered for see links

Here it is, when I open the dropbox..-

Heres the error, It says this when its closed.. surely it would say 'View the Founders' again? -

And finally, heres the coding which may need changing.. -

It does it with all three dropboxes, Founder,Admin and MOD please help soon
