Ho to create custom furni

Hello folks someone can help me, we are recreating public spaces of the habbo without the zoom so that it looks more beautiful but some mobis specific can not be made with picture as chairs that users can sit.. I search for customs of these spaces but i do not find anything, does anyone know how I can code these furniture? Thank you in advance, sorry my English I'm Brazilian.
