Second, why do moderators need to know how to code?
Thirdly, An international RP sounds like a bad idea.

I don't think being an international RP will gain you any users. If anything I could see your spanish and turkish sites closing within a few months, leaving only the english.. and who knows how long that will last since RP's quite often seem to open and close quickly. However, I wish you the best of luck, I hope you can prove me wrong.

I'm aware that international hotels don't last very long because of patriotic reasons, unless separated into different hotels. Think about when Habbo merged hotels with Habbo.com, not a lot of people liked that because not a lot of people like English, Americans to be more specific.
