Hey everyone! Register Details To Navicat DB

Hey everyone i just started hosting a new private server for a game called 4story! i made my db's and that kind of stuff! But when somebody wants an account i need to make him one manually! How can i make a web page just for registering an account and that account going straight in to my navicat TACCOUNT table?! And be MD5 Hashed? Please asap someone help me i really need help beacuse i make like 20 accounts a day and thats horrible for a server like that! Asap! Pm me! Thanks!
