[Help] Xenforo ShoutboxWarning

Hello, there was a post made back in February for a release for this, but it was for vBulletin. I've seen this done on other xenforo forums as well though. So, I'd like to ask if anybody could either show me how to transfer vB code to Xenforo code, or how to redo it the correct way. The post is:

This specific code is from XenForo, atleast the styling is from a XenForo theme. You can change the css of a warning with the Template function in XenForo. You can add both HTML to specific pages aswell as CSS. If you still can't figure it out, please give some more information about the problem you are encountering.
