Or you use Google talk? There's a software that you installed on your computer that uses the port 80.

Got a new problem everytime i try to go no my padge thingy i get this error

Thats easy to fix, go to your config and change root to your localhost inlog. And change password to localhost password.

Ehh??? You using ISS and Xampp in the same time??? Uninstall one of them. That might fix it.

You are using IIS and Xampp at the same time, which causes the problem ... you cannot run Xampp on port 80 when IIS is already running on it. On your another problem, change your config and direct it to your database host, username, password, and the table where you ran all the SQLs for the CMS & emulator.
