Have you changed anything or freshly installed the whole documents?

It looks like you edited something, possibly by mistake, I would reccomend attempting to find what you changed and then reverting it back, if that doesn't work re-install the emulator.

Pretty sure that is to do with your computer clock not being in correct format. here is the fix below

follow my steps carefully

1. open up your computer start menu

2. control panel

3. clock, language and region

4. "change the date, time, or number format"

5. additional settings

6. where it says decimal symbol you want to change it from a comma to a dot symbol then save

restart emu and it should work
