i don't know if this wil work for retros like this. I've been staff on R63 hotels before but not phoniex but i'll give it a try. go into housekeeping or what ever its called on your site go to something called Site or client it will come up with your computers ip. go on google and type whats my ip? it will be at the top of the page. Copy it and paste it into the client box thing in housekeeping.
If this wrecks ur hotel i'm sorry but i'm just testing this thing out coz it works on my hotel.
