Help with PHP retro Import files.

Hey, I need help with this. it says to import a .txt file into import... well i cant find it. what file is it usually named? this says it should be holodb.txt file well i cant find that.

ummm.... well on the part when i just open up my holoEMU folder well i see something named database.sql
