Help With IIS 6

So I have recently tried to move my hotel to IIS on my server and I configured everything correctly but when I tried to register I get a redirection loop error. Something about to many redirections and third party cookies. Does this happen on IIS 7 and I am using Phoenix PHP would this happen if I used CF with Coldfusion.

i'd preffer you to also activate Internet Information services IIS At youre configuration

Obviously, this didn't happen with your old configuration. Apache? I'm guessing.
