Hello, ive done all steps exactly like in the tutorial, the only thing is i use xampp instead of IIS because simply its free. now i cant connect to my server when i put the link in my browser, localhost doesnt opens too. is this just because i use xampp?

First of all, IIS is free too.

Is your apache and MySQL switched on in XAMPP? What happens when you type

on my vps provider i must pay 8$ for iis service...

both are switched on and running, when i type localhost it comes out error 522 by cloudflare
