Help with Credits /15min

Hi,

I have created a hotel

You must be registered for see links

with phoenix & revcms but i cannot get the credits to work every 15 min? Users are saying they are not receiving them. I cannot find this setting in the db, only starting credits.

Also the theme im using doesnt have housekeeping, how can i add one into it?
