My External Variables are Done Well (Correct Way )

And Im Using My Emu Well (Configed Correctly )

Try clearing your cache. If that doesn't work, post your variables and emu configuration here so people can see.

Not sure, but other than clearing cache. Try checking the vars to see if the hof_furni link works (even though you said they are properly set-up).

It's something to do with your SWFS, make sure the paths in external variables are correct, if the problem still consists, get some new SWFS.
