Help with a v18 Retro ?

Hello I am new to this forum and was wondering if anyone can help me out with my v18 retro I am making.. I used to know how to get them easily back in 08 but now im having some issues.. I have the hotel "up" kinda.. But when I register it just loads and never goes through or just disconnects. It is bloodline. So any suggestions? Thank you :]

I actually can register myself now but no one else can. hmm

Then you did not portforward right, or portforwarded the wrong ports.

I prob did it wrong I tried a couple ways. I have at&t u - verse so its a bit different I put in 1232 to 1232 for tcp and udp with allowing other access and saved to my PC
