i am looking for the latest ui what works with pheonix 3.1 and also how do i add faceless and punch commands etc onto pheonix 3.11 r63

Latest user interface is a R63b feature which means you need Plus or something. Phoenix is R63. Also, to add new commands, you need to have Visual studio and be able to code CS as that is needed for the chatcommandhandler.cs file in which I believe you use for commands. Also, use Gold Tree Emulator, has more commands anyway.
