[HELP] When i go to Localhost... [HELP]

Whenever i try to go to localhost after completing the TUT word per word it comes up with a message saying "MySQL could not connect to database" I have been trying to fix it all day please... Help me

go to xampp>Htdocs>app>management>config.php and enter mysql information DB, password etc.
