[HELP] What software could I use to animate a banner?

I don't know any software I could use to animate a banner.

Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended.

for frame animation, means you need to create every movement then combined all together (newbies) you can also you photoshop.

I use Macromedia Fireworks for all my graphics... Then again that's probably why they are all shit but y'know..

I make my animated banners using JASC Animation studio. Although its rare to find a real download link for it.
I'll .zip or .rar it up later on and upload somewhere so you can download, if you'd like.
