HTML codes? lots of people need types of html codes and stuff and they might not just know them
Forum? there's tons of types of forums and some hosts have auto installers
Archive? an archive of any thing like templates ect...

Maybe a blog, use google, I use DevBest, maybe but I would probably try to sell them, change it to Sarah-fail.com and maybe.

I can set up forums and wordpress easily without auto installers. As for hosting, I prefer cpanel.
