I've been trying to go to

but it doesn't work so I figured it was down until I found out it was just me... and I still can't connect to it but every one else can.
How do I fix this? My site is hosted by them and now I cannot connect to my site.

Open "Network Utility", click "Traceroute", enter the domain, then start it.

I got impatient and started my other computer.
I did what you said and the results showed that hop 17 failed
and everything after hop 21 failed.

Well at what address did it fail? You'll have to either contact your hosting provider or the datacenter.
