Yes, I Host My Retro On My other PC And Im At My Labtop Right Now But There Is No Way I Can Find Out The PHPMYADMIN Link To Get To It Do I Need To Be on My Host Pc?

If you're using Xammp, just use that other computers Ip (192.168.X.X)/phpMyAdmin
