I have a hotel on a vps. But when i try it on my normal pc with ip its not public ?

I'm using xampp and it wont let it go public?

I'm not sure what to do cheers!

Im not really sure try going on control panel then security then manage security settings for firewall then expectations click add ports and add the ports.

I dont know then. Try just turning your firewall off it might be blocking it.
