Can someone please help/explain this on my revcms skin?

You must be registered for see images attach

As you can see that there is "{votecheck}" above the layout... Is there something that can fix this?

Remove it from the code?

it's probably right at the top of your me.php file in your skin, just remove it and reload the page and it should disappear
