[HELP] v18 Old Skool

Hiya.
Most of you are probably going to post "Omg, how do you not know how to make an old skool? They're one of the easiest thing to make ever!" Well, I know how to make an old skool, but I just want somebody to post a brand new, updated 2013 tutorial about how to make a v18 Non-Hamachi Old Skool so that theres working links & such.

If nobody does, then I suppose I'll have to manage. Please make it a professional one, because I'm not a noob & I do know how to make a retro, although I just want this one to last for the people who actually like old skool.

Just make one that is recent like 2012, i don't think anyone make V18 anymore its all about R63B BcStorm

All the old tutorials will still work... You'll just need to look around various sites to find any programs you need.

You are no help at all, so why comment? SmashMan has already said use a tutorial from 2012, you don't need to post practically the same thing as him?
