[Help] Uploading My PHPRetro To Website

Hello people, i bought an domain with webhost not long ago..

but i have a few problems...

when i upload it only shows text no pictures

when i click 'register' for example it redirects to the IP and says page is unavailable anyone can help me please !!! <3

do u have phpretro or cms retro in your htdocs and is xammp on and do u have your server and or emu
