Hey, so im trying to install chocolatey and in my browser its giving me this error idk why if someone know why

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'Dotenv\Dotenv' not found in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\bootstrap\app.php:4 Stack trace: #0 C:\inetpub\wwwroot\public\index.php(14): require() #1 {main} thrown in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\bootstrap\app.php on line 4
