[HELP] Unable to post news article through HK & People can hack my users.

When posting an article through my ASE/HK I get this error code:


Unknown column 'shortstory' in 'field list'

How can I fix this?

Also I got a second problem.

A guy came into my hotel today (still under construction, but we allow a few friends online.)
And he literally changed my password to 123. How do I prevent this from happening?

There is an exploit in the cms which allows users to change passwords. Search for forgot exploit and use the solution given.

Go to your news page and create a new collumn called shortstory and give it the text attritube

Because he said his users get hacked and as he needed help earlier on, I assumed he hasn't fixed the forgot exploit. What do you think might be another cause?

Fix: Don't own a retro unless you know how to code.
