[HELP] UberCMS w/ PhoenixEmu

Hi, I'm trying to make a uberCMS habbo retro, instead of revcms, and i wondering how to make it work while running on a phoenix emu, r63. If anyone knows a good tut please post the url or please post a quick explanation.

And if anyone has a download link for some good working uberCMS, please post it!!!
