how do you change ubercms header the blue is 2 ugly soz if on wrong section

this should be in habbo help & support.
If you mean the blue background which is where the logo etc.. is on top of.
you change this in the css
Open up the main css file, search for header container (i think thats what its called as it is in phpretro)
then look for the hex code which is displaying the blue. and either replace with a new colour or image
