Right , so i installed tebbo cms , and i came a cross when i was registering i had to put a .php on the end? how can this be fixed?

Then i registered and it didnt have account_submit.php so i wasnt sure if i could just take ubercms account_summit.php and put it in my tebbo folder?

For the first part if you looked before you posted this someone has it answered. you're going to find it but its something with editing the htaccess file

RewriteRule ^([^\.]+)$ $1.php [NC,L]
