[HELP] [SWIFT EMU ] Ports are in use?

When trying to run Swift EMU i get this error (

You must be registered for see links

) , I'm 100% sure that there are no programs running that port?

I even took a screenshot of my desktop to show you that there are no programs running that port etc. (

It could be running in the background, check the task manager and see if anyone else is running the emulator on the same port.

Can't you just change your emulator port

I changed it to 3001 and 3000 , still didn't work :S
