ive been looking through alot of tutorials and i want to start changing my icons and the Navigation could anyone give me a tutorial on how to ?

I do not know of any tutorial but I can start with telling you the basics:

1. You need a SWF decompiler
2 You need to go into your Gamedata / r63 / swfs (or the folder you named) and then open up habbo.swf with your de-compiler
3 you can then view all the images that appear on the client and you can then edit them
