[help] Staff Cata fix? [help]

I posted on this problem once before, I have went into the db>catalog_pages>staff and set the min rank to 3. I even restarted my EMU. And none of the ranks other than the highest rank (7) can see the staff cata. There person that responded to this told me to upgrade my catalog. So I attempted this and it fucked up whole client and catalog. I was wondering if anyone could help me with this using TV or if they knew how to fix this without upgrading my catalog?

The one who said that didn't know where he was talking about then. All subcatas underbeneith Staff also need to have the same rank in order for it to work.
