[HELP] Skype not working

Skype won't work!
Hello Devbest, I'm not sure where to post this, but My Skype won't work I've uninstalled it and re-installed it over 5 times and it still wont work It is like this every time I open it..

Thank you for contacting Indian Technology, I am Jeffrey the Indian Guy. Here are some possible issues :
1) You are using a Program that is using Port 80, If so please turn that off
2) You have not deleted system 32, If so then please do it. ( Dont actually, it will make your computer paperweight)
3) You have messed with skype configuration
Possible answers
1) Stop xampp as it uses 80 if you have it
2) If nothing is Resolved call us at 1-800-1INDIAN
