When I go to localhost, I get "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to 127.0.0.1"

Do you have xampp installed?If yes did u start up xampp?

Did you follow the steps right? And download mysql installer also what they ask you to do in server manager? Everything should work fine, then try and type in localhost in your browser.
